Elite Pro’s Project Planner – Kirsten Andretti
I recently sat down with one of our Project Planners at Elite Pro, Kirsten Andretti. You will often find Kirsten on the west side of Indy and Hendricks county handling initial quotes for our clients. She is the smiling face you will see at your door when we come out for a first project visit. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail make her a great addition to our team.
Meet Your Project Planner
Why Elite Pro?
During the interview process everyone was so welcoming and down to earth – you could tell they truly cared about employees and would provide a supportive team environment. They were plain old fun!
What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
I like to play card games, euchre, pool, hanging out with friends and family, and Jackbox games are my jam!
What is your favorite thing about helping clients?
Seeing their reaction at the end, how happy they are with the end result and watching the stress melt away at the end of a project.
What are your favorite colors?
Navy blue, black, metallic purple (Kirsten is really into space, so those colors are a perfect fit!)
What is your favorite food?
A secret family recipe so I won’t go into that, but anything pasta involving alfredo sauce.
What is your most memorable experience with a client?
One of my first big jobs as a project planner – a complete exterior transformation – from earthy tones to white – white-washed brick and white trim and siding. Client was welcoming, very understanding that I was new and I got to play with their dog. The end result was amazing and the client is in love with it – we formed a lasting relationship and I just saw them again recently.
How long have you been with Elite Pro?
I have been with Elite Pro Painting for 6 months. Before Elite Pro Painting, I was an event planner for a catering company.
Do you have any pets?
One cat named Mad-Eyed Moody (Kirsten is clearly a Harry Potter fan)
Tell me a bit about your immediate family:
I am a COVID Bride (crazy that is even a thing), my one-year anniversary was in August to my husband Eliott and we currently live near Beech Grove.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up In Speedway, Indiana and went to Speedway HS – 5 blocks from the track.
Ok, inquiring minds have to know…Andretti… and you grew up in Speedway?
I didn’t marry into the name Andretti, I kept my maiden name. Mario is my great-uncle; John Andretti was my uncle.
What is your best advice for a client looking to make a big color change?
Trust the process – you hired a professional; trust their opinion and that they have your best interest in mind and will never steer you in the wrong direction. We understand it is a big decision!
