John Francis

John sees every day as a learning experience that “helps shape and mold us into the people we are today.” “I believe if you treat people the way you would expect to be treated, you earn their respect. And by treating Homeowners, Co-workers, and Family members with respect we fulfill our company (and personal) mission statement(s).”

John also believes in working with his fellow co-workers to provide the best quality service to his customers, by providing each one with a positive experience. “Positive behavior not only improves our business but also gives us the ability to provide for our families and give back to our communities in positive ways!” John went to Plainfield High School. He now lives in Danville with his wife of 25 years, April. He has a daughter, Briawna who is 20, and a Son, Marcus who is 25. They also have two dogs, Josie and Summer, and one cat, Ford. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and coaching basketball. His favorite quote is “Success begins where excuses end.”

Andy Danforth

Andy enjoys building good things and relationships. He is married to Kathy, and has two boys named Nolan and Elijah. Some of his hobbies include being a nerd, trail running, pickleball, and traveling. Andy is a Christ follower, and his favorite quote is “Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slave of everyone else. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” – Jesus Christ

Logan Williams

Logan attended IU Kelly School of Business. He now lives in Indianapolis with his two black labs, Rosie and Ruger, and his Minpin, Zeke. Some of his hobbies include hunting, attending rodeos, and spending time with his dogs. His favorite quote is by Jocko Willink and says “Discipline equals freedom.” Logan seizes the day…everyday…and sneezes like a hunter. (Quietly)

Margie Danforth

Margie graduated from Decatur Central. She has 2 kids, and has been married to Mark for a very long time. She enjoys her 5 grandchildren and attending their different sporting events. Side note, Margie is the best mother on the planet Earth.

Kathy Danforth

Kathy graduated from Brownsburg. She has two children, Nolan and Elijah. Kathy enjoys new food, traveling, and laying on the beach. Kathy is very good at pickleball and she will eat you under the table if you challenge her.

Dayton Ferree

Dayton loves cars, guns, and computers. Merica! He graduated from Avon. Dayton makes Indianapolis cleaner every day. He is an expert at power washing, and he resides on the Avon/Indianapolis border.

Ralph Walker

Ralph has an extensive construction background. A graduate of Frankfort High School, He is married to Merry, and they reside in Avon. Ralph can fix anything. He also enjoys Polar Pops and long walks on the beach.
