Thwart winter’s harsh treatment of your home
Expert advice from Elite Pro Painting
By Shauna Nosler
Extreme weather – as we’ve experienced in central Indiana this winter – not only makes you feel blue, but it also impacts your home’s exterior paint, no matter what the color. That’s why spring is the ideal time to seek a detailed professional evaluation.
“Winter is horrible for your paint job,” said Andy Danforth, owner of Elite Pro Painting. “Winds blow ice and snow against the coatings, snow sits on horizontal surfaces, caulk lines crack from expanding and contracting, water penetrates your home and freezes, ice behind surfaces rots and balloons out … it’s a home bloodbath.”
But there’s hope for homeowners. The experts at Elite Pro Painting can help repair the mayhem wrought by Mother Nature. With a careful inspection and professional work, the team will have your home’s exterior looking fresh and new.
The best local warranty
“With every exterior paint job, we provide a yearly walk-around for your home,” Danforth said.
His company’s warranty even includes a full reevaluation one year after the initial paint date.
“Our warranty is the best in the industry,” he said, explaining that it includes an all-inclusive guarantee to back up all work performed. His team makes a point to re-inspect each job before – not after – the warranty expires.
“To help avoid any possible issues to your home, we want to be proactive instead of reactive,” Danforth said.
This dedication to quality work – and not to a large quantity of work – has generated many satisfied customers. Elite Pro Painting makes a point to schedule only a certain number of jobs to ensure a high-quality, unhurried result for each project. The company’s unbeatable reputation helps set it apart from other painters.
‘We would love to paint your home’
“We take our time to ensure that your home is painted flawlessly, exceeding industry standards,” he said. “Once the weather finally does cooperate, we would love to paint your home.” Whether you’re looking to erase winter’s fury, change your exterior or interior colors, or freshen up your curb appeal, call Elite Pro Painting to schedule a free estimate.
